Initial Conversation

Brief, structured conversation on whether HAI-GOS is right for your organization. Mutual evaluation, not a sales call. Scope of your AI discussed.

Governance Discovery

Structured AI Governance discovery meeting with both sides determining whether to proceed. If yes, your secure credentials to Governance Portal issued specific to your organization.

Personal Portal Invitation

Your invitation issued and officially onboarded to access HAI-GOS Governance Organization Dashboard. Your AI Team Lead candidate is selected and reviewed before Dashboard access is granted.

Human AI Governance Assessment
 

Inside the HAI-GOS Portal, your AI Management Team completes the AI Governance Assessment (8-10 minutes). The process covers your AI Tool usage, Governance policies, oversight structure, data sensitivity, and your AI incident response/crisis communications readiness. The HAI-GOS Portal is located on a secure server and all data is kept confidential.  

Preliminary Governance Snapshot

Within 2 minutes of Assessment completion, Your Human AI Governance Maturity Score and Maturity Tier are displayed. Copies are immediately provided via e-mail to AI Team Lead, your Management Team, and your assigned HAI-GOS Manager. 

Your Human Review

A qualified Human HAI-GOS Governance professional reviews your assessment. This is not an automated report. Human.First.Always. 

Your Governance Findings Report

Your organization receives a Governance Findings Report (GFR) which is a permanent, numbered Governance document that records your Score, Key Observations, Governance Gaps (if any) and recommended next steps. Your Team acknowledges receipt. The GFR is yours to keep regardless of a decision to proceed further. Some participants may decide they are willing to accept AI exposure risk based on their superior assessment. 

Confidential Findings Discussion

HAI-Goes presents your findings and discusses your Ai Governance roadmap forward. You decide whether to engage HAI-GOS. The decision is yours. No pressure. The GFR remains yours to keep. 

Full HAI-GOS Portal Access

Organizations that decide to move forward, engage HAI-GOS, and at this point unlock the full HAI-GOS Governance Organization Dashboard. It contains nine proprietary and patent-pending Human AI Governance modules including AI Inventory, Risk Management, Policy Documentation, AI Incident Management, Certification, and Governance Continuity. An online HAI-GOS Handbook may be provided to answer your questions or a HAI-GOS Consultant may be assigned. 

Certification Pathway Decision

You are now officially a Registered Certification member. You may work towards Certified and Verified Certification levels in that order. Each level represents independently validated and audited Human AI Governance Maturity. You may now display and market your organization showcasing your certification level and your commitment to maintaining Human control over Artificial Intelligence. Congratulations.
